This was hands down the best storage experience I've ever had. We needed a unit for a year or so while downsizing my parents house, somewhere to store climate sensitive items like photos and records as well as furniture and china. The unit was great and all the items seem to be in tip top shape. But the very best part of this was the incomparable staff. They are polite, helpful, and friendly while being efficient and understanding. I am almost sad that I no longer need the unit, because ruckersville self storage is that great.

I have had my unit for about a year and a half. All is very secure and I felt safe any time I was there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They often answered all questions that I may have had. Very clean, secure, and there is a public bathroom for the customers. 5 star 🌟 rating from me!

The whole staff was great to deal with during our move.We needed to use their truck to move thing in and it couldn’t have been any easier. Nice clean place to store your things at for short or even long term. I would definitely recommend this place . Thanks to all the staff
