Beyond 5-star rating! I didn't have much time to search for a storage facility thanks to a cat who needed rescuing. I was disappointed by the lack of people to speak with at the first storage places I went to, then found Ruckersville Self Storage with an office that had someone physically present to speak with about my concerns. Chris Lockwood did a great job showing me a 10x10 then a 10x15 & I have no regrets with choosing the larger sized locker. Chris allowed me to pay in cash, I was amazed by the newness and cleanliness of the office, the storage shelters and the bathrooms. The day I moved out, Chris loaned me a truck without charging by the mile or paying extra for insurance, all I needed to do was fill the fuel tank. This saved my move by saving me much needed time. Security was also impressive and availability of a bathroom that Caitlin showed me. There was never a shortage of supplies in bathrooms. It was very easy to drive between storage shelters. I have no regrets at all. The hours of 5am til 10pm were very convenient. I recommend this storage facility to everyone. Wish I had photos or videos to post, but I do not.

Wonderfully clean facility. Well built, secure, and the staff was on-point with everything, not to mention kind and courteous. They really made everything easy. I would use them again, if needed

Everyone in the office is so kind and easy to work with, especially Caitlin! She was ALWAYS helpful and patient when I would call to make my payments or ask questions! Thank you!
